User-created content in RollerCoaster Tycoon World is as easy as "five steps"

A new video providing a look at how user-created content can be added to RollerCoaster Tycoon World.

There are five steps need to create content for the game: create a model in any 3D program; import the model into the game's Unity Plug-In; create the project; select the project; import it into the game.

All happens in real time so there isn't any reason to close the game, and if you watch the video it explains everything in more detail. You can also give the latest blog post a read for even more information if you prefer.

Players will also be able to share their content through Steam Workshop, as it's integrated into the user interface. So, expect some really crazy stuff.

RollerCoaster Tycoon World was originally slated for release in December 2015, but after some negative reactions during beta, the team upgraded the engine to Unity 5.0 and pushed it to a spring 2016 release window.
