Resident Evil Revelations 2 Vita port scheduled for digital release this summer

Resident Evil Revelations 2 is still coming to PlayStation Vita, but don't expect to play it on the system until sometime this summer.

According to a post on the PS Blog, since the final episode of Revelations 2 on PS3 and PS4 has been released, the team at Frima Studio now has "all the code available" to complete porting the game over to Vita.

The PS Vita version of Revelations 2 will contain all four episodes including all released DLC other than consumables.

Online and co-op Raid Mode will be available post-launch via an update. The team is also adding Gyroscopic Targeting to make shooting weapons "much more Vita-centric."

A firm release date for the digital title will be announced at a later date.
