Attack on Titan 3DS looks to be headed west

Attack on Titan: The Last Wings of Mankind may be localised for English-speakers after all.

"Attack on Titan", a 3DS game, has popped up on the Australian Classification Board.

The Spike Chunsoft game has lost its subtitle, and seems to be headed west thanks to Atlus. Looks like that rumoured partnership worked out, then.

Although classification doesn't guarantee release, it's expensive and isn't usually requested on a whim. Classifying the game in Australia suggests Atlus may be planning on a European release as well as North America, although the cost of localisation in non-English languages is a factor.

Based on the popular anime series, Attack on Titan is an action game that puts players in control of Eren, Mikasa and Armin, and has them face off against the titular Titans. It looks pretty sweet, and you can be eaten, which is rad.

Thanks, Gematsu.
