    PS+ is the best gaming service, that adds value for for money, it’s the Netflix of gaming, love it.

    I’m not gonna pick up Killzone on PS4, because I have a feeling it’s going to be free for plus members soon after PS4 comes out.

    Question: If you stop paying for PS plus you lose all the games but do you get them back when you renew your subscription?

    @11 Yes you do.
    Also anything you buy that has been discounted extra because of your PS Plus sub is yours regardless of if your sub has lapsed.

    @11
    Its yours as long as you keep it on the hard drive,you can only play it as long as you stay a member of psn+.
    It stays on your hard drive until you delete the game.

    You can delete and just re-download it at a later date – you don’t have to keep it on the HDD. It’s there in your download list.

    @11 think of it as a subscription for MMO’s when it expires you do have all the free games but you won’t have access to them unless you renew the subscription…also the subscription is much cheaper than that of MMO’s

    Oh yeah you are right. I never done it though. Once I finished a game its over for me lol. (well when it comes to digital downloaded games)

    It’s useful when some big games come out for a short period and you don’t have space to download them as you are still playing others. Like Assassin’s Creed 3 for example which is being removed from the list this time after a month. Add to basket and check out then cancel the download. Means it’s on your download list and you can re-grab it when you are ready to play it.

    @17

    Hold on someone told me about that but I couldnt get it to work it automatically downloads instantly. I need to try that method cause that is exactly what I am planning to do when I renew my sub.

    So I just need to cancel after it started downloading? REALLY? :D :D
    I thought I had to finish the process in order to prevent errors :P
    Silly me. THX for the tip bro.

    I think you can probably cancel when you get the opportunity to download in the background. I tend to cancel from the download list outside the store app in the main XMB. But yeah you don’t have to download it fully, just cancel and it cleans it up for you.

    Also there are currently 2 active PS+ offers.

    Europe:
    Buy 1year of PS+ before September 20 and get 3 more month for free.

    Germany only:
    Get 10€ as gift everytime you put 50€ in your PSN wallet with Paypal, SOFORT or giropay.

    There is no limit on how often you can get the 10€ gift and the PSN wallet has a maximum of 150€ (if you spend those 150€ you can refill and get the 10€ again and again…)

    I will use those offers today and get 1 year and 3 months of PS+ for 40€

    And people say gaming is an expensive hobby. If you’re smart and patient, it really isn’t.

    A couple hundred quids for the Steam Summer sale and a year of PS+ and Voila! You’re basically good to go.
    If Nintendo were to offer a similar service for the 3DS eshop, I will never have to pay full price for a video game ever again except for a couple developers whose games need every sale it can get.
