MechWarrior Online update adds Quickdraw mech
MechWarrior Online's latest patch adds a new battlemech, a new champion mech, a leaderboard challenge, and much more - plus, a couple of sales have just started.
The Quickdraw, which you can check out in the trailer below, is the subject of the first sale, which discounts customisation items for the new battlemech. You'll save 50% until June 10. The second sale is on Cicada mechs and accessories.
The new champion mech is called the Hunchback HBK-4P C and provides a 10% XP boost.
Piranha is hosting a Heavy vs the World Leaderboard Challenge from Friday 21 at 10:30am PDT to Sunday 23rd at midnight PDT. The developer will tally your best ten matches in each of the following categories:
- Any Light
- Any Medium
- Cataphract
- Catapult
- JagerMech
- Dragon
- Quickdraw
- Assault
The patch drops between 10:00AM and 1:00PM PDT on Tuesday June 18. Full patch notes are available on the forum.
