Asura's Wrath dev has three new, unnanounced IP in development

Asura's Wrath studio CyberConnect2 has issued a new year's greetings video on YouTube and along with it, the confirmation that it has at least three entirely new titles in development for 2013.

The studio is currently working on JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure All-Star Battle, due for release later this year, but the team's new year message - released this morning - hints at new things yet to come. Hosted by studio CEO Hiroshi Matsuyama, the below video has been translated by SGCafe, revealing that the team is working on new projects.

The direct translation is that CyberConnect2 is working on “original new works” - the phrase used when describing new IP in Japan, the site explains. So this doesn't necessarily rule out Asura's Wrath 2, as the studio will continue to create sequels, such as Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm, which releases in March.
