My prediction that tablets and smartphones will reach today consoles graphic in next couple of years is looking more and more plausible

No and yes. Because smartphones are released much more frequently and thus have the latest tech than consoles makes it seem that smartphone tech is catching up. But console tech grows just as rapidly as smartphone tech, it just doesn’t seem like it because consoles are released only every so often. So technically, there will always be the same graphical gap between console tech and smartphone tech.
