Need for Speed: Most Wanted out October 30

Criterion’s Matt Webster took the stage during EA’s E3 press conference to detail Need for Speed: Most Wanted.

“Everything you do earns you speed points” which then pushes you up the Most Wanted list, he said.

Craig Sullivan played the demo, showing off the speed challenge, driving a Porsche 911.

You can still take down cars like in Hot Pursuit all the while with the police on your tail.

The open world was shown during this challenge.

Need for Speed : Most Wanted will release on PS3, 360, Vita, iOS, Android and PC October 30.

Screens are below as well as the stage demo.

very boring man!

i don’t get the game at all!

it plays like The Run:/

i can’t remember how the original Most Wanted played but it played like Classic Hot Pursuit + Underground

this version just plays like The Run + Hot Pursuit, there’s no point making it.
it brings nothing new.

Hot Pursuit was the best balanced racer:/

I hoped it would be more like the old Most Wanted… Like tuning car’s engine, customizing colors and decals etc… It seems to me that this MW is like Hot Pursuit in an open-world style racer.

Oh lawd, the re-use of old NFS titles continues. Couldn’t Criterion at least come up with something a little more original?

Well, that was pretty sick! Wasn’t expecting anything less from Criterion. :) ) Will buy ofc. :)
