Portal 2 Skyrim mod may be more than meets the eye

Fiddling around with the console in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, one user found clues suggesting Valve may have built more than a cool unique object with its first mod for the Bethesda RPG.

In the video below, you’ll see the Space Core in “action” – it looks more like an Easter Egg than anything functional. But you’ll also see references to “Portal 2 Quest” in the game’s console.

If there is a quest attached to the mod, players are yet to discover and share it, and modders don’t seem to have turned up an explanation either. Don’t get your hopes up yet – it might not mean anything – but the mod’s title does suggest a second volume might be on the way.
