Deadly Premonition coming to Games on Demand next week

Rising Star’s announced that Swery cult thriller Deadly Premonition is coming to Games on Demand for 360 on July 5. That’s next week for those who can’t keep count. The game got absolutely mixed reviews when it launched last year: IGN gave it a two, yet D’Toid gave it a ten. That wait for Swery’s next game just probably got a whole lot shorter.

I didn’t really like it, just couldn’t get into it. I guess it just wasn’t mainstream enough for me.

What exactly is good good(bad) about it though? I keep hearing this stuff how ridiculous and bad it is…that it’s actually…good? How can one enjoy such a game?

I really really enjoyed it, the key is sticking to the story and not attempting any side story stuff, also you can run past all the infected folk rather than wasting time killing them.
