Information on Battlefield 1943 for PC coming “in the not so distant future”

EA has said information on the PC version of Battlefield 1943 will be coming in “the not too distant future”.
Speaking with Eurogamer, EA Games VP Patrick Soderlund said the PC version of Digital Illusions multiplayer shooter promised it was still under development.
“We are obviously working on the PC platform and we’ll be ready to talk about that shortly, he said in the much quoted interview. “You should see information around the PC platform in the not too distant future.”
Back in September, the EA Store got gamers hopes up when it listed the game as being for sale, but apparently, it was just a posting error.
Hopefully, it won’t be much longer, or it might win the vaporware title of the year now that Duke Nukem is definitely coming out.
Battlefield 1943 was released on consoles last year.
