gamescom 2010 – Microsoft Play Day liveblog is go!

Microsoft may have already announced its big gamescom stuff in terms of an EU Kinect release date and a PC resurgence, but there’s still a three-hour press event to go today in Cologne.

We’re covering it live. Right now.

Lionhead and Bungie are here for Fable III and Halo: Reach, as is Rare for Kinect Sports.

As for Gears of War 3, that won’t be in Germany at all this week, so don’t expect anything on that front.

Beyond that, other then just a reiteration of the news from this morning and it being heavily focused on Kinect, we wouldn’t expect any colossal announcements.

But because we love too much, we’re still live-blogging it for you. Get all the action below live.

Well… Microsoft have done a PSP Go! and released a video that was meant to come out after gamescon (it refers to it in the past tense), HALO WAYPOINT for Windows Phone 7. the video is on inside XBOX now.

It’s not a conference as such from what I can tell, Bongos just said they’ll be dumping a bunch of press releases at 11:30. Xbox.com are streaming some stuff, but I don’t know what.

Fable 3 is the only thing that’s interesting me so far. I think its the only Xbox game this year thats interesting me so far. But nevermind, it looks amazing.
