Remedy: Alan Wake 2 already mapped out

alanwake5

So much for “up in the air”, then. Remedy’s head of franchise Oskari Hakkinen has said that Alan Wake 2′s story has already been written, adding the studio knows where to “take the story”.

But as revealed earlier this morning, success of the first game will determine the outcome on if we will see a “second season” to the TV-like thriller.

“We do know where season two is going to go,” Hakkinen told CVG. “Season one will have a conclusive and satisfactory ending but we will leave doors open for season two and we know where we’re going to take the story.”

Now you know what to do: buy the game this week if you wish to see a sequel.

Alan Wake releases this Friday for Xbox 360 in the UK, with a US release next Tuesday. Watch this for a taster of what you’re going to get when you buy the game.

I bet more fish fingers are sold then copies of Alan Wake in the made up month of Gentruary in the year 3006, and quite bizarrely this has more relevance then the last two posts

Can you still buy findus crispy pancakes?
