Dragon Age CE goes exclusively to GAME
GAME’s grabbed the exclusive on Dragon Age’s Collector’s Edition in the UK.
Both the PS3 and 360 versions of BioWare’s super-box cost £49.99. It costs £39.99 on PC.
What you get:
- Plastic Collectors Box
- Bonus DVD with a ‘Making of’ documentary, Soundtrack, Trailers, Wallpaper, Concept Art Video and Strategy tips
- 3 pieces of exclusive in-game content – Bergens Honour, Grimoire of the Frozen Wastes and Final Reason – PLUS Memory Band
- Unlockable ME2 in-game item: Original purchasers of DAO will receive the Blood Dragon Armour which will be usable in both DAO and ME2
- The Stone Prisoner unlockable bonus quest and unlockable character, Shale
“Plastic Collectors Box,” eh? Sold.
It’s out on November 5 for 360, November 6 for PC and November 30 for PS3.

That’s a little misleading as both the ME2 armour and the Shale character are both avaliable to anyone who buys a new copy of the game.

We americans get a TIn box with a cloth map.
All the retailers state side did the same thing with the Stone prisoner and Dragon Armor confusing people making them think it was only CE when it is not.

Other then the Tin box and cloth map the rest of the US CE is exactly the same (and some US retailers dont seem to be listing the map anymore).

Anyone notice that the Ps3 version of Dragon age origins has the same in game ME 2 item that comes with the collectors edition. Hmmmmm

Why wouldn’t they get the armor as well? It was stated by Bioware that the code for the Blood Armour isn’t platform specific. This means if you buy the PS3 version of Dragon Age you could use the code on the PC or Xbox 360 version of Mass Effect 2 and the same applies for the Xbox 360 and PC versions of Dragon Age.
