Watch unlockable Mercenaries Mode for Resident Evil 5
Kotaku has posted a video of the Mercenaries mode you unlock when you finish Resident Evil 5.
It’s the same unlockable mode from Resident Evil 4, but without mandatory co-op.
If that’s your thing, time to get a bit excited: it’s out March 13.

why did they make only different skins of the same characters? decided to include Hunk and Barry as a DLC eh?

I didn’t really enjoy Mercs that much either. I was good at it, but only cause I had to be to unlock the Handcannon (best weapon in any RE game). It’s far too tense and stressful for me.

RE5 also has gatling wielding enemies? Are there any RE4 assets RE5 isnt reusing? I mean seriously, he’s practically wearing the exact same clothes to.

How can you hate Mercs? It’s fucking amazing. It’s one of the most tense, knife-edge, death-or-glory ideas ever. Admittedly, I can only play it for half an hour at a time as it’s likely to make my hiatus hernia even worse, but still I want to play it, which kind of proves its SUPREME AWESOMENESS.
