Heap of new Heavy Rain info
Quantic Dream’s mystery Sony title Heavy Rain has received a bit of an unlikely update in this report from a Dutch gaming mag. According to the piece, the game will have a free-roaming world with an with the developer promising to “expand on that same grammar” brought to the action genre with Fahreinheit.

I’m very much looking forward to seeing what they can do next. Fahrenheit was really refreshing and stupidly flawed in almost equal measures. I’m definitely up for more.

I definitely am interested in this. I was at the presentation in London when they showed it for the first time, and Sony said then that it wasn’t a game, but showed a “direction”. I’m crossing everything.

Yeah, hoping they’ve learnt from the mistakes of Fahrenheit. The audition scene was most impressive and I’m interested to see how their claims of “crossing the uncanny valley” pan out

I’ll be interested to see if they can make it. The picture above suggests ‘not’. She’s pretty creepy, in an ‘animated mannequin’ kind of way.
