This Phoenix Point teaser trailer doesn't show much, but it's enough to make you jump a bit
Phoenix Point, the upcoming title from the creator of the original X-COM series, has a new teaser video available.
When we say teaser, we're not exaggerating: it's only 41 seconds long.
Phoenix Point, is an open world, turn-based strategy title from Julian Gollop's Snapshot Games, and from previous looks at the game, the enemies appear rather massive.
In development since March 2016, information on the game is still rather scarce, but we do know factions will choose sides in battle; there's a horror element present; and it features procedural enemies.
Fans of the original X-COM game might be pleased to know its composer, John Broomhall, is creating the score and Jonas Kyratzes, who has numerous writing gigs on his resume including The Talos Principle, is penning the script.
A release date for the game is currently unknown.
