Resident Evil 3 Remake reviews round-up, all the scores

The reviews for Capcom's Resident Evil 3 remake are in.

While the official release for Resident Evil 3 Remake is still a few days away - the game launches on April 3 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One - reviews of the full remaster have already hit online.

Running on Capcom's RE engine, the same engine that powers Resident Evil 2 Remake and Devil May Cry 5, the new Resi remake includes visual, audio, as well as narrative upgrades. Carlos Oliveira and other characters will have their storyline beefed up, for instance. Sound design has also been given an overhaul, while the camera will also be over the shoulder as it was in Resident Evil 2 Remake.

Additionally, The Resident Evil 3 Remake includes Resident Evil Resistance as part of the same package, which is the 4v1 multiplayer mode previously known as Project Resistance.

So how does it fare? Read on below for our round-up of reviews from across the Internet:

  • USGamer - 3.5/5
  • IGN - 9/10
  • GameSpot - 6/10
