Monster Hunter World's latest patch update is live: fixes The Encroaching Anjanath issue, more

The latest Monster Hunter World patch has been released, and focuses on fixing an assignment bug, and readjusting values.

Monster Hunter World version 1.04 for PlayStation 4 and 1.0.0.9 for Xbox One are now live.

It's not a very large update, and applied the same fixes to both console versions of Monster Hunter World.

In rare cases, the assignment "The Encroaching Anjanath" would not appear on the quest board during online play. This has been fixed.

The development has also applied readjustments to how Elderseal values are calculated.

Just this week, version 1.0.0.8 for Xbox One and 1.03 for PS4 were made available. The former aimed to fix matchmaking on Xbox One. It also addressed two issues with the Hunting Horn which was also the bulk of the PS4 update, among other things.

We've been working non-stop on our Monster Hunter World guide, which should help you out with particular sections of the game. This includes  the weapons you should choosehow Affinity works, how to slap the hardest monsters in the game into submission, and an explanation on what heck's up with Tempered Monsters.
