Hot shots take note, Everybody's Golf has been announced again
Everybody's Golf, the series otherwise known as Hot Shots Golf because the 90's were a very trying time for localisation, is back.
The new Everybody's Golf game for PS4 has been announced, apparently, which is kind of amazing given it first showed up at TGS 2015 and was included in Sony's 2017 PS4 sizzle reel. But okay! Put on your surprised face as you watch the announce trailer above.
Rejoicing in the very simple title of Everybody's Golf in both Europe and North America (thank goodness), the PS4 exclusive will celebrate the franchise's 20 year anniversary.
The famous three click play style returns, but the new generation of Everybody's Golf has many new features, too: more character customization, multiple online modes, fishing, kart racing and treasure hunting in an open world. So if you don't actually want to play golf you can just rock around pretending you don't desperately miss PS Home.
Sony has opened Everybody's Golf pre-orders on the PlayStation Store and those who buy-in early get an avatar, a 20th anniversary course, a rabbit mascot costume, two unique shirts, a premium kart and a dynamic theme.
Everybody's Golf will release August 29, with a closed online test kicking off "towards the end of May". Eligible PSN members will be invited to join via email.
