Warcraft Blademaster Samuro heads to Heroes of the Storm

There's a new kid on the block. For "kid" substitute "assassin", and for "block" substitute "Heroes of the Storm".

Heroes of the Storm is set to add yet another champion to its ranks with Samuro, the Blademaster I definitely remember from Warcraft 3.

The trailer above is all cinematic, but the Heroes of the Storm website yielded a few details on the new character.

An Assassin type, Samuro has the Advancing Strikes hero trait, which means his basic attacks against enemy Heroes of the Storm players increase his movement speed by 25% for 2 seconds.

Samuro's basic abilities allow him to create mirror images of himself to battle foes, deal out more critical hits than usual and use stealth. His first heroic, Bladestorm, deals 285 damage per second for 4 seconds to nearby enemies, while his second Heroic, Illusion Master, allows him to switch places with mirror images and also take control of them.
