Killer Instinct: Season 3 Ultra Edition grants early access to fighters

Killer Instinct Season 3 is out this month, and you can get more than just the base game when you buy the Ultra Edition.

According to the listing on the Xbox Store, this edition will run you $39.99 and comes with early access to the roster of fighters not included in the base game.

It also includes a VIP Double XP Booster, right retro costumes, accessory sets, bonus character colors, and 18,000 KI Gold.

Season 3 will launch with four characters – Rash, Kim Wu, Arbiter, and Tusk with additional characters rolling out as the season progresses.

Eight fighters in total will be included with Season 3, featuring both new, classic, and guest characters.

Xbox 360 fightsticks will work at Season 3 launch. Since the game is launching on both Xbox One and Windows 10, Xbox One fightstick support will be made available in future Windows 10 update.

Killer Instinct Season 3 will launch on March 29.
