Outer Heaven is a Metal Gear fan-remake using Unreal Engine 4 and it looks pretty rad.

Created by Boker, the project contains the original storyline with detailed scenes and locations from the 1987's Metal Gear.
Early shots of the game posted in September along with the video above show the infiltration of Outer Heaven, thus the project's name.
