Steam reveals Just Cause 3 expansion pass

Just Cause 3 is getting three "game-changing" DLC packs.
The Steam page for Just Cause 3 has revealed the game is getting three DLC packs. These packs are offered through one pass for $25/ £20.
According to the description, the packs offer game-changing experiences that include new missions, enemy types, weapons, gadgets, and vehicles.
There are three in total, called Air, Land, and Sea. The page does not give a date, but does say they will unlock seven days early for pass holders. You also get two skins with your purchase, which unlock on launch.
The expansion pass is offered at 10% off until November 30.
