1080p/ 60fps Halo 3: ODST in development for Xbox One, will be added to Halo: MCC

Development on a 1080p/ 60 fps remake of Halo 3: ODST has started at Microsoft. The game will be added to Halo: The Master Chief Collection when it's released.
The news was part of 343 Industries' thank you letter to those who had to put up with launch issues of Halo: The Master Chief Collection.
The game will be upgraded to 1080p resolution will run at 60fps. It will be available within Halo: The Master Chief Collection and will be given to anyone who played the game from launch and until December 19, for free.
