MLB 14: The Show coming to PlayStation 3, 4 and Vita

Sony San Diego has released a trailer announcing the latest entry in its successful baseball series: MLB 14: The Show. The trailer reveals that the game will be coming to all three Sony systems during the spring of next year and features a transferable saves and a quicker 9 innings.

From MLB 14 on, you will be able to carry your Franchise and Road to the Show saves over to the game's inevitable sequel. In addition, a new feature called Quick Counts will "generate pitch counts" which allows a "shortened gameplay experience" without being "comprised".

This will supposedly allow a 9 innings match which would have taken about an hour to be played in just thirty minutes. The game's Road to the Show campaign has also been updated with a new "advancement system, new intuitive player creation process, and all new pre-draft prospect showcase".

The game is due out spring next year for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.
