For those who like earning things for everyday things you do online, Valve has updated Steam to include badges in your profile. You will earn these just for using the service and by commenting on a friend’s profile, posting screenshots, or recommending games. Badges such as Pillar of Community, Years of Service, and Steam Holiday Sale, The Great Steam Treasure Hunt, Steam Summer Camp, The Potato Sack badges are just some. Obviously, some of these are retroactive. Likely there will be one for the Steam Summer Sale now that’s finally live. Go log into Steam and start earning badges to show how much you use the service. I ashamed to say I have only one badge. Thanks, PCGamesN
