EQII characters created before December 6 being "grandfathered" into Age of Discovery

EverQuest II executive producer Dave Georgeson has announced that all characters created before Age of Discovery's launch will be grandfathered into the game. Now, characters previously locked when going from having a subscription to choosing the free-to-play model are now playable. Station Cash points spent to unlock the characters following the AoD release will also be refunded. Any character created on an EQII account before December 6 is eligible. More information on the matter is posted on the forums. The forum also has word that Veteran Rewards will be made available to F2P users as well. Thanks, Massively.
