Ace Combat: Assault Horizon stars in double feature

We have a pair of new Ace Combat: Assault Horizon trailers today, showing off the core game’s DLC and the 3DS version’s impressive graphics.

The PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 version of Assault Horizon is due in mid-October, and Namco Bandai has “months” of premium DLC prepared. The additional content ranges in weight from aircraft skins right up to entirely new maps, including Guam and Tokyo, as seen below.

The 3DS game, which rejoices in the added appellation Legacy, is expected in November. It was developed internally by Project Aces, so ought to be pretty good.

Thanks, Evil Avatar, GoNintendo.

Famitsu already spoiled some of the big announcements to come out of the Namco Bandai pre-TGS press conference, but there were still some details to be chewed over and enjoyed. Expect big things for the PlayStation Vita launch lineup, Tekken, Ace Combat, Katamari Damacy and – of course, Soulcalibur V.
