FIFA 09 sells 1.2 million in Europe in a week

EA's confirmed that FIFA 09 has become the fastest selling game in the series, with 1.2 million units sold in Europe in only a week at retail.

“FIFA 09’s great kick off is a testament to our loyal fans across Europe who simply can’t wait to get their hands on the game,” said EA Sports boss Peter Moore.
