According to this post on Criterion's site, the 360 version of the Burnout Paradise Cagney update has been pushed back again.

The PS3 patch was released nearly a month ago. Criterion's saying now that August 4 is the earliest 360 gamers can expect to get all their new free stuff. That's "free." So stop whinging.
