Epic Games has announced its licensed its Unreal Engine 4 to Spec Ops: The Line developer YAGER, which is the first independent studio in Europe to license the tech.

2K Games has released a brand new trailer for Spec Ops: The Line and it features plenty of gameplay. The trailer gives you a glimpse of the protagonist of the game and features lots of explosions and action. Looks pretty decent. The game’s in development by Yager and is scheduled to release on June 26 in North America and June 29 in Europe for Xbox 360, PC and PS3. Watch the trailer after the break.

2K’s just put out a press release for Spec Ops: The Line, the Yager shooter announced that the VGAs this weekend. Read the whole thing here and watch the first video after the break.
The game “unfolds within the destroyed opulence of Dubai,” apparently, and sees US Army Colonel John Konrad “and his loyal squad remained behind to protect those incapable of escape.”
Pumping. It’s out for PC, PS3 and 360 next year. Looks pretty shooty, soldier.
