DICE has began sending out emails about the new Battlefield user interface that's been talked about for a while now.

The developer officially announced the new interface about a month ago. It's designed to help players party up and look
for games together, regardless of the game.

The new interface will also feature a recommendation engine to suggest maps and modes for players. The new UI was said to launch with Battlefield 4 first, then support Battlefield 1 on launch, before moving to Hardline afterwards.

Although the email, via Reddit user Snowstandards, was sent recently, it doesn't give a release date beyond "this summer." In addition, the email only makes mention of PS4 and Xbox One, missing PC.

Hopefully this means that the feature is in its final stages of development, and we'll be able to see it in action soon.
