Enderal is a total conversion mod for Skyrim that's been floating about for a while now, and it's finally got a release date.

The German version will launch between July 1 -3, and while there isn't a confirmed date for the English version, it's currently slated for release a week or two later, according to a tweet from SureAI, the dev team behind the mod.

They also released a video as a sample of the English voice acting.

Enderal looks amazing, and what's more, it's totally free. The story follows on from Nehrim, the team's total conversion mod for Oblivion, and is described as dark and complex, with "psychological and philosophical undercurrents."

The levelling up system is based on experience points and skill books, rather than Skyrim's "learning by doing" path.

You can find out more on the project here.

Have any of you been waiting for Enderal? Did you give Nehrim a whirl? Let us know if you'll be downloading it in July.
