Fallout 4 may offer less violent solutions to your post-apocalyptic problems

While Fallout 4 is unlikely to support full-pacifist play styles, Bethesda Studios' Todd Howard has suggested that there will be more peaceful solutions available to players than in previous games.

In a rather interesting interview with The Guardian, Howard has said that you "can avoid [killing] a lot" in the game. He quickly clarified that this doesn't mean that you'll be able to avoid it entirely though, saying “I can’t tell you that you can play the whole game without violence – that’s not necessarily a goal of ours – but we want to support different play styles as much as we can.”

Of course, to some players this will sound like the issuing of a challenge. Back in 2010, NeoGAF user water_wendi beat Fallout: New Vegas without a single kill, so who knows what will be possible?

Fallout 4 will release on November 10 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
