The alpha client for Star Wars Battlefront has leaked, revealing a tonne of information about weapons, vehicles, maps, and more.

The Star Wars Battlefront closed alpha, which is due to begin later today for a selected few on Origin, has had its client leak online. Now that these files are in the wild, players have combed through them for every bit of details imaginable.

According to a post on NeoGAF from someone who has trawled through the alpha files, the test will bring both multiplayer and Missions mode. The mutliplayer mode will be Walker Assault on Hoth, with Missions taking place on Tatooine. The Tatooine map appears to come in two version which differ in time of day.

The user found a number of weapons referenced in the files, such as E11, A280, DH17, DL44, DLT19, DLT20a, SE14c, and T21. Weapons like EE3 appear character specific. This one for instance is probably tied to Boba Fett.

As for vehicles, the client files mention T-65 X-Wing, TIE Fighter, Lambda Shuttle, Y-Wing, Tie-Bomber, Corellian Corvette, Nebulon B Frigate, ISD (Imperial Star Destroyer), AT-ST, AT-AT, TIE Interceptor, 74-Z Speeder Bike. Some of these may only show up in the full game, and not necessarily in the alpha, and some may not even be playable, like the Star Destroyed or Admiral Ackbar's ship Home One.

The files did not reveal a server browser, only a matchmaking system, which could of course be just for the alpha test. In any case, it's always good to remember that this data may not always reflect the alpha's content, or indeed the full game on launch.

There are also a few surprises in there such as emotes that players can use. These could range from simple applause animations to SOS ones.

Star Wars is out November 17 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
