Star Wars: Battlefront is now available for pre-order on Origin, Amazon, others

Star Wars: Battlefront is now available for pre-order through EA's Origin service as well as Amazon and GameStop.

Star Wars: Battlefront pre-orders, as previously reported, will include early access to the free Battle of Jakku DLC.

The planet is included in the upcoming film, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and finds the New Republic coming across Imperial holdouts on the remote desert planet located in the Outer Rim.

Pre-order customers can play the DLC, which contains two maps set on the planet Jakku, first on December 1 before it is released to the general public on December 8.

Digital Deluxe Edition (PC download on Origin) - $69.99

Instant Access to 5 in-game items:

  • DL44 blaster – as made famous by Han Solo
  • Ion Grenade
  • Ion Torpedo
  • Ion Shock (exclusive emote)
  • Victory (exclusive emote)

The standard edition can also be pre-ordered on PC for $59.99 and box One pre-orders are "coming soon."

Amazon customers can pre-order the game on all three platforms, and the same Digital Deluxe version for the PC is also available.

The game is also available for pre-order on GameStop and is listed on ShopTo and GAME UK.

A reveal trailer for the game was released earlier and the Star Wars: Battlefront panel can be watched through the link.
