Sony confirms Glacier White PS4 release date in the UK

Following on from yesterday's rumour, Sony has come out and confirmed the release date of the Glacier White PlayStation 4 in the UK.
Yesterday Amazon UK and ShopTo were listing the bundle for around £350, to be released October 17.
Today, Sony has confirmed to Gamespot that the standalone console is in fact coming out October 17 in the UK.
The standalone Glacier White PS4 has yet to be announced for the U.S.
