Konami chose just before EA’s gamescom conference to announce PES 2015’s release date as November 13. Most interestingly, the demo will be available September 17 – one week before FIFA 15 is released.
PES 2015 is the first time the series comes to PS4 and Xbox One (it will also release on PS3, Xbox 360, and PC), and offers new features such as a new shooting system, individual player dribbling abilities, and revamped close control for one-on-one encounters. The game is being made in the FOX Engine, the same as that being used to develop MGSV: The Phantom Pain.
PES has been forced to take a backseat to FIFA in recent years, but the release of the demo, which is coming to all platforms, suggests that the series is ready to take back its crown.
