Duke Nukem: Mass Destruction to be revealed by Interceptor Entertainment in 24 days - rumor

Duke Nukem: Mass Destruction is set to be revealed for PC and PlayStation by Interceptor Entertainment in 24 days, according to a teaser site set up by the firm.

duke is all out of gum

The reveal goes live in 24 days, 10 hours, 22 minutes and 11 seconds, according to a teaser page set up.

The site is currently offline for maintenance, at least that is message we get when clicking the link, but AGB was able to get a screengrab before it went down.

It's obviously a Duke game, as the gum packet shown is called The Original Kickass spearmint bubblegum. You know, because like Roddy Piper, Duke was always ready to kick ass and chew bubblegum.

Anyway, it looks as though aliens are involved and the message left by them has been deciphered by one intrepid Redditor (courtesy of Duke4.net, thanks Kristian):

The King makes his next-generation debut in Duke Nukem: Mass Destruction. A top-down action roleplaying game for PC and PlayStation."

Duke will be kicking ass across various planets in the Unreal-powered game and will be "saving the president from an apocalyptic alien threat."

At present since there is no confirmation of anything, take it as a rumor, as hoaxes are easy to create - even with a Whois search.
