How to Survive: watch us play 505 Games’ next potential hit

Monday, 14th October 2013 15:24 GMT By Sam Clay

How to Survive is the next big digital release from 505 games which includes zombies and combat. You folk like those don’t you? Watch VG247′s Sam Clay play it after the break.

Following on from the landmark releases of Payday 2 and Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, this may just be the third in a trilogy of 505′s recent successes. It plays like Diablo, there’s crafting and there are zombies. Did we mention it’s pretty bloody gunny too?

The gameplay above shows how the world gets slightly more evil when it gets darker.

It’s out October 23 on Steam.

What do you think so far?

Is this a sequel to the hit Monty Python sketch, “How not to be seen”? If so, I’m in… http://youtu.be/ltmMJntSfQI

if 30% off means ‘its bad’ then what about all the other discounts and sales steam does? not to mention almost all pre-release games get a 10%-30% discount before release… It must be nice being so cynical and having such a negative outlook.

+ If the developers/ publishers really decided to take 30% off just for pre-purchase just on the fact that its ‘shit’ then they would just offer it for a lower price point permanently
