PES 2014: third tutorial video details 'Heart' system

PES 2014 has received a new tutorial video from Konami, this time detailing the football sim's 'Heart' system which creates an emotional impact on players during matches.

Konami writes of its new mechanic, "The Heart system sees many different aspects of a football match create an emotional impact on the players, which in turn affects their abilities for the better or for the worse.

"For example, if a player is playing well, stringing together lots of good passes or getting lots of good tackles in, the crowd will get behind him and this increased confidence will clearly be reflected in his game. At home games, the team will be able to feed off the support of the crowd, whilst the opponents may feel intimidated by this atmosphere."

PES 2014 drops for PS3 and Xbox 360 in North America on September 24, and across Europe on September 27.
