PES 2014 has received a new, free DLC pack that adds 800 new likenesses into the roster, enhances online play and more. Publisher Konami has also released a trailer to make the release.
In a press release sent to VG247 today, Konami confirmed that the update - dubbed 'Data Pack 2' - brings all team rosters up to date, and adds 800 likenesses such as Manchester United’s Da Silva twins, Boca Juniors' Riquelme, Real Madrid's Isco and England midfielder, Jack Wilshere.
It also adds the much-touted 11 Vs 11 mode into the mix, along with gameplay tweaks. Konami's new 'Team Play' lobby format has also been incorporated into online competitions and Master League Online play.
The myPES component has also been brought back and expanded upon. It now functions as a dedicated app that ranks users, and displays a wealth of stats from each match. Konami has stated that more details on myPES will be revealed "imminently."
Finally, new official strips have been introduced from such teams as Santos, Palmeiras and Flamengo, along with new boots from Adidas, Nike, Puma and Mizuno in PES 2014's Edit mode.
