FIFA 14 gets 19 licensed Brazilian clubs

FIFA 14 publisher EA Sports has confirmed that this year's instalment will bring 19 licensed Brazilian clubs into the roster.

In a statement, executive producer of the FIFA franchise David Rutter said, “We’re very excited to bring the stars of the top Brazilian clubs into our games. For all our fans that support and love Brazilian football, this will only add to the authentic FIFA experience they enjoy, and the additional clubs will bring undiscovered players from Brazil into the FIFA Ultimate Team universe.”

The clubs will include all player names, as well as authentic kits and crests.

Here's a run-down of the teams:

  • Atlético Mineiro
  • Atlético Paranaense
  • Botafogo
  • Coritiba
  • Criciúma
  • Cruzeiro
  • Flamengo
  • Fluminense
  • Goiás
  • Grêmio
  • Internacional
  • Náutico
  • Palmeiras
  • Ponte Preta
  • Portuguesa
  • Santos
  • São Paulo
  • Vasco da Gama
  • Vitória.

FIFA 14 hits PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 on September 24 in North America and across Europe from September 27. It's coming to PS4 and Xbox One further down the line.
