Those who pre-order Final Fantasy 10/10-2 HD Remaster for PS3 will be upgraded to the Limited Edition art book package, according to Square Enix.

It comes with original concept art from the “early development phases” of both games, bound in a 24-page art book package.

The package will also include quotes and commentary from members of the original development team, including producer Yoshinori Kitase.

Quantities are limited, so you might want to hurry.

Final Fantasy 10/10-2 HD Remaster will be made available for $39.99 and is the International Version of both games.

A video is below showing the differences between the HD and older version. There’s also some screenshots.

How does purchasing the Vita version work? Are they sold separately or will buying one give me a voucher of some sort for the other?

I always have to remind myself those artbooks are nearly always underwhelming because they are the size of a bluray package.

@3 – Games like this are meant for a big screen, anyway.

I expect FFX-2′s mission-based nature would work well on portables.
