DirectX 11.2 will be exclusive to Windows 8.1 and Xbox One

Microsoft has announced DirectX 11.2, which will be exclusive to Windows 8.1 and Xbox One. According to the video below, courtesy of Evil Avatar, one of the new features touted is called "tiled resources". This will allow video cards to use system ram to improve texture detail. It's all very technical, but in other words, it will make things pretty, or something like that. Watch the demonstration below.
