Survarium beta planned for the end of the year

Survarium, the free-to-play MMOFPS from former Stalker developers Vostok Games, will go into beta at the end of the year. The firm noted on its website it plans to "open beta game access to a larger number of players," and it will likely be an open beta. In the case of a "huge influx of new players," the developers said it could "temporarily hold up the admission of new players to ensure increased server capacities." You can view the development timeline here. An alpha test containing a working PvP mode, four game maps, two factions, and an in-game system of tasks, is slated for Q2 2013.
