Skyrim PC and PlayStation 3 content "close"

Bethesda has suggested frustrated PlayStation 3 users might not have much longer to wait to experience The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim's DLC.

According to a tweet on Bethesda's official account, the team is "also close on new Skyrim content for PS3 and PC".

It's not clear what content Bethesda is referring to as the two platforms are out of sync with the Xbox 360 and each other. The DLC packs which have been produced for Skyrim so far - Dawnguard and Heathfire - have both already made it to PC following initial release on Xbox 360, but technical issues have kept them from the PlayStation 3 to date.

The upcoming Dragonborn hits Xbox 360 on December 4 for 1600 MS Points, has not been dated for other platforms.
