Wow…that could be really good and I know for a fact that a lot of people are asking for a Deadpool game and I hope that this game doesn’t disappoint them, anyways, the guys at High Moon seem to be very busy as their next Transformers game is releasing next month.

So are people ever going to stop buying absolutely anything with Marvel or DC stamped on it?

That’s a pretty heavy industry onto itself right now. Those guys must be rolling in dough.

This is Activision. It’s going to be a poorly constructed, over simplified, poorly realised cash in. The gameplay will be as generic as every other single Marvel licensed product Activision has ever published, and people will still buy a shit tonne of it.

@3 Wolverine was a great game, maybe not the best superhero game but certainly among the best movie tie-ins.

@4 It was the best of a bad bunch, but it was still a horrible generic slugger.

‘Shattered Dimensions’ Was a great superhero game probably because it was an original story.. same as arkaham city.. beenox with shattered for activision was a great game and cyrbertron from high moon studios was also a great game.. all original stories.. if this deadpool game is an original story..(probably cause no movie is being made at this moment) it can be great too.

Beenox probably fuck it up edge of time because of the amazing spiderman tie in game… and they did it in one year so they could work on the tie in…

Wolverine was generic in the way that games that are part of a genre are, in that it has mainstays of the genre is part. Which is now generic, with a negative connotation. You need say no more other than that, why bother explaining the reasoning behind why something is generic when you can just state it instead.

For what its worth Raven did a fantastic job with Wolverine its deeply satisfying to play and for once you actually feel like the character that the game is based upon. For the firs ttime Wolverine is actually portrayed as he is in the comic books. The only way it could have been better is if The Hulk ripped him in half and threw his legs to the top of a mountain. Then there would be a mini-game where you have to claw your way back to the lost appendages.

Raven is now dead so theres no hope of them ever getting to make the Deadpool title, no I’m pretty sure Deadpool will end up more like Matt Hazard with some stupid gameplay convention to explain why he can die.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWW. F************K me.
Seriously. Wasn’t expecting this at all. If they show it the same amount of care that they showed to Transformers War for Cybertron, then this will be a MUST HAVE for any Deadpool fan. They really got the classic Transformers and thought of them working no a DP game is just too much for my puny brain.

Ok, just watched the trailer.

All I can say is: The gameplay better be good. The visuals are rather bad and the voice acting is just Nolan North being Nolan North.
