Minecraft browser hack lets you mine anywhere

Would you like to play Minecraft right here on VG247? Now you can.

To promote the Xperia Play-optimised Android version of Minecraft, Sony Mobile US created a neat Java tool which adds a mini-game to any website.

You need to visit the company's Facebook page and drag the bookmark to your toolbar, then visit any website and start mining - no Like required.

There's even a little creeper to make things messy.

Sony has begin promoting Minecraft again despite the end of its times Xperia exclusive because Survival mode has been added to the mobile version; the quick response of the circle pads is pretty useful when you're on the run from mobs.
